In the top navigation bar, hover over ‘Documents’ and select ‘All Documents’
Once in the Manage Documents window, click the

In the left filter pane, in the ‘Document Filters’ section:
To filter documents based on the presence of a Result Outcome (
) , select ‘Including Results'To exclude documents based on the presence of a Result Outcome, select ‘Excluding Results’
Select the Result Outcomes you wish to be included/excluded from the search, all current Result Outcomes are listed.
