  1. Go to Documents → All Documents

  2. Click ‘Relevant' (this will ensure only current documents are included)

  3. Click Advanced

  4. Select the document type you wish to specify a range for
    If your documents have a specific re-inspection period, simply submit an example to support@tcwin.co.uk and we can name the document accordingly, eg “Weekly Emergency lighting”

  5. In the ‘inspected days to' and 'inspected days from’ filters, enter your range

  6. Scroll to the bottom and click ‘Save'

  7. Enter a name for your filter

  8. Click 'Submit'
