  1. Go to Documents → All Documents

  2. Click ‘Relevant' (this will ensure only current documents are included)

  3. Click Advanced

  4. Select the document type you wish to specify a range for

    1. If your documents have a specific re-inspection period, submit an example to support@tcwin.co.uk and we can name the document accordingly, eg “Weekly Emergency lighting”

    2. If your documents contain the period frequency in the filename, simply use the ‘filename’ filter to identify and filter. eg Weekly Emergency lighting.pdf

  5. In the ‘inspected days to' and 'inspected days from’ filters, enter your range

  6. Scroll to the bottom and click ‘Save'

  7. Enter a name for your filter

  8. Click 'Submit'
