When you require a list of all properties which have been marked as 'Compliant'
There are a couple of ways to do this. *For more advanced targeting skip to method 2.
Step-by-step guide
Method 1
- To jump straight to a list of all Compliant/Non compliant or properties with warnings.
All you need to do is go to the Dashboard.
- In the navigation column click 'Dashboards'
- Click 'Landlord Dashboard'
- You are presented with your properties. Click view on your selected compliance to view the properties in detail.
Note: Selecting 'Manage Properties' will take you directly to the property manager (Method 2, Step 2)
Method 2
- From the dashboard click 'Properties' in the left menu column
- All your properties will be listed below the search form. To show all compliant properties simply select the 'Compliant' filter from the drop down menu.
- Apply any sorting you require using the 'sort' drop down menu.
- Click Submit! All relevant documents will be sorted and displayed.
