Page Comparison

The Compliance Workbook CDMS makes it very easy to view compliance across your properties. Use the landlord dashboard  Landlord Dashboard for a helpful overview of all properties.

1. If you know the name of the property you wish to check, in the left column, use the seach tool Search Tool to find the property quickly.
   
   
   
   
   
   1.a Alternatively use document manager Document Manager to filter your documents to your needs.
   
   
   
   
   
2. From the search results select 'view View property'
   
   
   
3. You will be presented with the property details and all corresponding documents. 
   
   
   
4. Click on the document of which you wish to check compliance, this will bring up the document Document summary.
   
   
   
5. You can get a quick overview of the property by using the 'Compliance tests' tabs at the bottom of the summary.
   
6. To view the entire document with results in context, simply click 'View results'.
   
7. You are now presented with the entire document, use the 'issue navigator' at the top of the page to browse document results.
   
8. Select 'Highlight issue' and the document manager will automatically highlight the page number and relating Relating fields.
