You can delete documents from in your account from:
The asset the document is assigned to
Or from From ‘All Documents’ if it is not assigned to an asset.
From an asset:
Click the ‘Documents’ tab
Locate the document you wish to delete and click ‘Summary’
Click Delete
...
Note: if this is a scanned document - it will need to be classified before you can see it on your selected discipline. When on the asset, switch to ‘Misc’ and you should the document listed.
You can classify documents quickly using the ‘Classify’ feature.

If you have raised remedial actions on any of these documents you may need to delete these first via the ‘Remedial actions’ tab on the asset |
From ‘All Documents’ if it is not assigned to an asset:
Hover over ‘Documents’, select ‘All Documents’
Locate the file you want to delete
Use the ‘Unallocated’ filter or ‘Advanced’ filter menu filename search to make searching easier.Click ‘Document Summary’
Click Delete.
