Step-by-step guide

1. If you know the name of the property you wish to check, in the left column, use the

2. Search Tool to find the property quickly.

4. From the search results select 'View property'

5. You will be presented with the property details and all corresponding documents.

6. Click on the document of which you wish to check compliance, this will bring up the Document summary. (Details of address hidden in this example)

7. You can get a quick overview of the property by using the 'Compliance tests' tabs at the bottom of the summary.

9. To view the entire document with results in context, simply click 'View results'

10. You are now presented with the entire document, use the 'issue navigator' at the top of the page to browse document results.

Select 'Highlight issue' and the document manager will automatically highlight the page number and Relating fields.

11. Image AddedFrom there, you can select to view either the Errors, Warning or Passes. When viewing these results, you can select which specific result you'd like to view and clicking "Show" this will then highlight where the data is on the document and it will also show a bell to which page the result is shown. (All areas highlighted)
