Setting up a Saved Filter

  1. Go to manage documentsHover over ‘Documents’ in the menu bar, click ‘All Documents’

  2. Open the ‘Advanced’ filter panel and choose an upload/inspection timeframe - eg Uploaded: 7 daysa report scheduled for every Friday would need an upload range of ‘Last 7 Days’

  3. Apply any other filters you require, for instance ‘Document Compliance - Non-Compliant’

  4. Scroll to the bottom, click save and choose a name for your filter.

  • All of the reports in the ‘Reporting Centre’ can be scheduled. Just click ‘Schedule’ on a report.

  • Remedial action reports can be scheduled via the ‘Schedule' button on the Remedial Actions page in the 'Assets’ drop down.

  • It is also possible to schedule a Saved Filter report.

  • Scheduled reports can be viewed and edited from the ‘Scheduled Reports' page in the 'Reporting Centre’ drop down in the menu bar.

  • Previously run scheduled reports can be downloaded from the ‘Report Instances’ page in the reporting centre drop down in the menu bar.
