Scheduled Reports
All of the reports in TCW can be set up on a schedule to users of the system, email addresses or FTP sites.
Scheduled reports are a dedicated permission in TCW
For this example, we will set up a monthly gas capped off report.
Navigate to Documents → All Documents.
Select Advanced.
In the "Uploaded" filter, choose your desired upload frequency (e.g., "Last 4 Weeks" for monthly reports).
In "Including tags," select "Capped Off" to filter for capped meters.
Choose "Relevant Only" in the "Relevance" filter to include only current documents.
Close the filter panel.
Click in the top-right corner.
Select "Schedule CSV".
Name your report, choose the frequency, and click "Next".
Add a new email destination. Enter multiple email addresses by typing each address and pressing Enter.
Complete the remaining fields and click "Submit".
Click "Next".
Review the report summary and click "Create" if everything looks correct.
This creates a saved filter (accessible via Documents → Saved Filters) that will automatically generate reports at your specified frequency and send them to the designated recipients.
To manage scheduled reports, use the Reporting Centre:
Scheduled Reports: Edit existing scheduled reports.
Report Instances: Download previously generated reports.
Destinations: Modify/create report recipients.
All of the reports can be sent on schedules via reporting centre → reports
Remedial action reports can be scheduled via the ‘Schedule' button on the Remedial Actions page in the 'Assets’ drop down.
Scheduled reports can be viewed and edited from the ‘Scheduled Reports' page in the 'Reporting Centre’ drop down in the menu bar.
Previously run scheduled reports can be downloaded from the ‘Report Instances’ page in the reporting centre drop down in the menu bar.
