Document Reporting (export to excel)

You can download and schedule document reports at any time. Use the ‘Manage Documents’ page to apply time filters, tags and results. Then simply click the icon to download your report to your computer.

  1. In the menu bar hover over ‘documents' and click ‘All documents’

     

     

  2. Click ‘Advanced’ to open the filter panel


    Here you can apply date ranges, document types, tags and results.
    We recommend you apply some filters to minimise the download time and omit historical data using the ‘document relevance' filter.

    • With ‘Relevant’ off - The system will return all certificates, historic and current.

    • With ‘Relevant’ on - The system will return only documents currently contributing to the properties compliance rating.

  3. Once you’re happy with your filters, simply click the icon in the top right of the screen and select ‘Download CSV’

The report will download directly to your computer. The report may take up to a minute If you’re attempting to download thousands of documents.

All reports can be saved and scheduled to multiple destinations.
