All TCW accounts come with 30 days of retrospective imports.
This is your agreement start date + 30 days.

Any document with an inspection date prior to Contact date + 30 days will:

• Not show any compliance related information i.e Results or Tags

• Not contribute to asset compliance figures

• Show the ‘Historic Document’ TAG

• Attach to assets providing a UPRN is in the filename and convention is previously agreed with TCW

• Be searchable via Documents → All Documents → Advanced → Including TAGS
