Account Administrators

An Account Administrator is the highest level of authority for your TCW Account. Administrators can set up or amend the details of the account, request bulk actions, change calculation outcomes, authorise new user access and change user permissions.

• You can have as many Account Administrators as required however we recommend having a single point of contact to prevent any potential confusion caused by conflicting requests.

• Any request submitted by a nominated account administrator will be actioned by the TCW support staff without further confirmation.
