Requesting Support

Support can be requested using our Service Desk.

This can be accessed at: https://thecomplianceworkbook.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1

You can then check the status of your request by opening the portal again or through your email.

Step-by-step guide

  1. When accessing the support desk you're presented with different options to narrow down your request type. 
  2. You can also search our customer knowledge base to find answers we've already got help pages available for
  3. If you're unable to find an answer select an issue type (Document Issue / Other Query etc) and fill in the required information.
  4. Once a member of support staff has picked up your query you'll be updated to your email address. You can reply directly to these emails to respond to support.


When contacting support about an issue or problem. Please be as descriptive as possible and include any relavant screenshots or documents to ensure we can pass the issue to the correct team immediately.
