Permissions

We’ve tried to keep user permissions simple. There are seven distinct roles available in TCW which can be individually toggled per user account.

  1. Document Editor

    1. Delete documents

    2. Add/remove notes

    3. Add/remove tags

    4. Resolve document results

    5. Create/assign/resolve remedial actions

  2. Asset Editor

    1. Address

    2. Postcode

    3. Categories

    4. Groups

    5. Delete

  3. Asset Compliance Editor

    1. Override asset compliance

  4. Document Uploader

  5. Document Assigner

    1. Assign

    2. Unassign

  6. Account Administrator

    1. Configure report destinations

    2. Setup and edit scheduled reports

    3. Request rule amendments

    4. Request user changes

  7. Data Viewer

Options greyed out or disabled

If an option or feature such as editing assets or scheduling reports is greyed out or ‘disabled’ in TCW it is likely you do not have the relevant permissions.

User permissions can be changed at any time by your Account Administrator getting in touch with support@tcwin.co.uk.
