Minimum requirements for using TCW

TCW is an entirely web-based app, meaning if you can access the internet, you should be able to use TCW.

However, whilst we endeavour to support as many current systems as possible, internet browsers which are no longer receiving security updates are not suitable for using TCW.

Supported browsers (Non-exhaustive):

• Google Chrome

• Apple Safari

• Microsoft Edge

• Mozilla Firefox

No longer supported:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer
  Internet explorer has recently been discontinued and is no longer receiving security updates. For this reason we cannot allow access to the sensitive data in TCW.

Other recommendations

• We recommend using a computer display with a horizontal resolution of no less than 1280px. You can use TCW with lower resolution displays, however the experience will not be optimal.
