Visually Inspected Gas Appliances

The visual inspection logic in TCW is as follows:

• If 'VISUAL' or 'VRA' is entered in the appliance serviced column, TCW will recognise them as visually inspected appliances.

  • Tenant-owned appliances will not be assessed with an exception to this case being safe to use and/or ventilation is NO.

  • Landlord-owned appliances will undergo routine checks but will now carry a 'Landlord Appliance VRA' tag.
