Now we have a destination, we can choose what content to send.
All of the reports in the ‘Reporting Centre’ can be scheduled. Just click ‘Schedule’ on a report.
Setting up a Saved Filter

Hover over ‘Documents’ in the menu bar, click ‘All Documents’
Open the ‘Advanced’ filter panel and choose an upload/inspection timeframe - eg a report scheduled for every Friday would need an upload range of ‘Last 7 Days’
Apply any other filters you require, for instance ‘Document Compliance - Non-Compliant’
Scroll to the bottom, click save and choose a name for your filter.

Hover over ‘Documents’ in the menu bar and click ‘Saved filters’
Locate the filter you wish to set a schedule for and click ‘details’, then ‘Schedule’
In the ‘Timeframe' field it’s best to match your saved filter upload/inspection date filters - This will ensure all data is captured.
Complete the other required fields and click ‘Submit’
