For instance, omitting an asset from ‘Gas’ will remove that asset from the dashboard totals, the asset list, and reports. Allowing more accurate representation of your responsibilities.

You can edit categories on a case-by-case basis by going to the asset and clicking ‘Edit Categories’

  1. Select Edit Categories from the Assets tab.

2. You’ll then be presented with the categories, or ‘Disciplines’, that already exist on your organisations account. Select view on the category you want to edit.

3. You are then able to paste the UPRNS (Property references) that you'd like to assign to the selected category.

Note

The system will clear the category entirely, and then re-create it using your list of UPRNs. With this in mind, it’s important to ensure your list contains all of the assets that belong to this category.
