We’ve tried to keep user permissions simple. There are 6 seven distinct permissions roles available in TCW which can be individually toggled per user account.

Options greyed out or disabled If an option or feature such as editing assets or scheduling reports is greyed out or ‘disabled’ in TCW it is likely you do not have the relevant permissions.
