In addition to document Result Outcomes ( (blue star)(blue star)(tick) ), TCW also creates relevant, searchable information in the form of ‘Tags’

Tags can be seen by all registered users of your organisations account.

About Tags

  • Can be searched for in Manage Documents

  • Can be combined with other filters

  • Unlike results ( (blue star)(blue star)(tick) ), Tags can be added manually from ‘Document Summary’

  • You can see all of your tags from the Manage Documents ‘Advanced’ filter menu

  • Tags do not affect the compliance of Documents or Assets.

Adding Tags

Manually adding tags is a great way to group documents together so they're easier to find at a later date. Once added, you can search for the documents they’re attached to using Manage Documents.

  • Tags can only be added from the Document Summary.

  • Tags are listed in Document Reports

  1. From an asset, click the ‘Documents’ tab

  2. Click ‘Summary’ on a chosen document.

  3. Click after the last tag and enter your tag
Suggested tags will automatically show as you type

  4. If the tag isn't listed, just click enter once you’ve finished typing.

Removing Tags

If you’ve added a Tag by mistake, it's easy to remove.

Tags can only be removed from the Document Summary.

  1. From an asset, click the ‘Documents’ tab

  2. Click ‘Summary’ on a chosen document.

  3. Hover your mouse over the Tag you want to remove

  4. Click the 'X'
