When you require a list of all properties which have been marked as 'Compliant'

There are a couple of ways to do this. *For more advanced targeting skip to method 2.

Step-by-step guide

Method 1

  1. To jump straight to a list of all Compliant/Non compliant or properties with warnings. 
    All you need to do is go to the Dashboard.


  1. In the navigation column click 'Dashboards'



  2. Click 'Landlord Dashboard'

  3. You are presented with Your Properties. Click view on your selected compliance to view the properties in detail.



    Note: Selecting 'Manage Properties' will take you directly to the property manager (Method 2, Step 2)

Method 2

  1. From the dashboard click 'Properties' in the left menu column


  2. All your properties will be listed below the search form. To show all compliant properties simply select the 'Compliant' filter from the drop down menu.



  3. Apply any sorting you require using the 'sort' drop down menu.



  4. Click Submit! All relevant documents will be sorted and displayed.

To view a property in more detail click 'View Property
