Uploading Documents

You can Ingest documents a from the home page

via FTP (File Transfer Protocol) See: How do I Ingest using FTP (File Transfer Protocol)?

API: (Application programming interface) This requires some integration with your current system.

Or via an email ingest.

From the Home Page

(Using this method you can select a single document or multiple documents in a .ZIP folder)

1. From the Home Page click the blue 'Upload Document' button in the left column.
   
   

   ---

2. Find the document(s) you wish to upload and select 'open'.
   
   

   ---

3. The document is automatically ingested and processed.
   
   
   1. The upload Queue is where your documents will be until they are ready to be processed
      Processing: This is where the documents of which are currently processing are displayed
      Complete: Your completed documents will show up here. 
      
      

      ---

4. You can immediately view the document(s) and any compliance issues by simply clicking on a completed document.
