Overriding the compliance of a property is sometimes required. For instance, if you receive a handwritten document, which cannot be read by TCW, you may want to accept this as the superseding certificate.
To override the compliance of an asset in your organisations TCW Asset Register:
When on the Asset Details page for the property you want to override, select the + symbol at the end of the timeline.
2.Here you’ll be presented with a pop up describing the actions available. Select override.
3. You’ll then be taken to the override page where you can enter the override details.
When entering the expiry date you are specifying the date this override will no longer be valid and a new inspection is due. Overrides will be shown on the dashboard expiry countdown graph and in reports.
4. Finish by selecting create.
If you do not have the permissions to complete this, your account administrator can submit a support ticket to support@tcwin.co.uk
