To add a large quantity of assets see ‘Bulk Imports’ below.

From the top menu bar, hover over ‘Assets’ and select ‘Add New’
Fill in the required, fields including any Category membership.
The reference is your internal UPRN, Property Reference or Property Sequence No.
This reference should be the same one as quoted in filenames and on certificates to ensure the system can marry documents to the asset successfully.
Click Submit
