The Account Administrator is the primary authority for your TCW Account. They can set up or amend the details of the account, request bulk actions, change calculation outcomes and authorise new user access.
You can have as many Account Administrators as required however we recommend having a single point of contact to prevent any potential confusion caused by conflicting requests.
Any request submitted by a nominated account administrator actioned by the TCW support staff without further confirmation.
Account Administrators count towards your registered user limit.
