We’ve tried to keep user permissions simple. There are seven distinct roles available in TCW which can be individually toggled per user account.

  1. Document Editor

    2. Setup and edit scheduled reports

    3. Request rule amendments

    4. Request user changes

User permissions can be changed at any time by your 👮‍♂️ Account Administrator getting in touch with support@tcwin.co.uk.

If something is greyed out or ‘disabled’ in TCW it is likely you do not have the relevant permissions
