The Account Administrator is the primary authority for your TCW Account. They can set up or amend the details of the account, request bulk actions, change calculation outcomes and , authorise new user access and change user permissions.
You can have as many Account Administrators as required however we recommend having a single point of contact to prevent any potential confusion caused by conflicting requests.
Any request submitted by a nominated account administrator actioned by the TCW support staff without further confirmation.
Account Administrators count towards your registered user limit.
